Quotes and services
- Submitting a quote request does not create a contract or guarantee availability. A booking is confirmed only when we confirm it with you directly.
- Any estimate we provide is based on the information you give us. Final pricing may change if the scope, item count, access conditions (stairs, elevators, parking, building rules), or schedule differ from what was described.
- Specific terms for each job — including pricing, scheduling, cancellation, valuation/liability coverage, and claims procedures — are set out in the written estimate, order, or service agreement provided for that job. If those documents conflict with these Terms, the job documents control.
Communications
By submitting a request, you agree that we may contact you by phone or email about it. If you also opt in to text messages, you agree to receive texts from MOVEHAUS LLC about your quote and project. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for details.
